Parking for two vehicles by main house (additional parking available down the gravel road to the right before the main cabin)

Lockbox for key entry.  Lockbox code given prior to arrival. 

Text 910-524-6909 for emergencies or if you have any problems (will respond as available, usually between 8am-8pm).

Sheets & towels provided.

Note:  Perimeter Security camera records entryway only.

Remove all food & personal items.

Wash all dishes and return to their original location.

Trash must be taken to the Watauga County Waste & Recycling, two stoplights down off US 421:  Area 1:  Convenience Center, 385 Landfill Rd, Boone, NC  28607 (Hours M-F 6:30-6, Sat 8-6, Sun 1-5)

Place all used sheets near the laundry area.

Keep towels and washcloths hung up so they can dry (all will be replaced by cleaning service).

Leave all ceiling fans on low but the ceiling fan lights off.

Leave exterior light/mudroom light on.

Set temperature on both mini split remotes to "auto" and 70 degrees.

Clean up after any pets (outside areas and pet hair on furnishings - Pet Vac under kitchen sink).

Return all keys to Lockbox.
